You can cancel your 'Lit Buddies' membership subscription renewal at any time via email or through our contact portal. A refund will be issues 7-10 business days after the cancellation.

All cancelations will need to be emailed or sent through our contact portal 30 days before the next subscription box is sent out. We recommend that you make note of your renewal dates. Lit Buddies memberships will renew every month on the 1st.
Your 'Lit Buddies' box will ship within three to five business days. Boxes will ship around the 15th of each month. You will also receive tracking information to your email each time your box is on its way.
